Positive: I love the view to the ocean. The room was clean and the people were friendly.
Negative: The arrival to the facility could have been smoother. I did not know I needed to present IDs so this caused a delay at the security checkpoint. Then I was given very little direction to get to the building, there were several others, and it was not easy to find. Then I was greeted by a person and asked for my information on whatsapp.. I did not understand why. when I shared my information, he sent me approx. 40 messages so I could be comfortable for the two (2) days, for example, delivery contact, spa information, information about the surrounding city, etc. I wanted to hangout at the beach and the room did not provide nor had the ability to rent a chair or umbrella. We had to make do with service the facility offered.
Summary: My experience was good but the service needs to be fine-tuned so its a GREAT experience.
